MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Adayana has added three professionals to the company's agricultural learning-services team, including Clifford Owen, Brent Brueland and Adam Spindell.

"We're very excited to welcome these three professionals to the Adayana team," says Rob McClelland, ag division general manager. "Clifford will lead our group to new heights in service and delivery of solutions that meet client goals. Brent and Adam bring with them unparalleled levels of experience in agriculture and the development of effective learning solutions that enhance performance for our clients, whether their needs are in the areas of human resources, sales, service or product support."

Clifford Owen will lead the company's client-services team as account manager based in Minneapolis. Owen brings to the company more than 10 years of client-services experience in animal health, crop protection and seed, gained with organizations such as Adculture, Osborn-Barr, The Meyocks Group and Cargill-Dow. The University of Georgia graduate will be responsible for assessing clients' performance-improvement needs and facilitating development of the appropriate learning solution.

Brent Brueland joins Adayana in solution support and instructional design where his responsibilities include learning-program content development, writing and solution design, in addition to photography, videography and multi-media development. Brueland has created more than 40 e-learning courses during the past three years. He was previously with Iowa State University (ISU), coordinating the on-line, international continuing-education Crop Adviser Institute program and developing and delivering distance-learning and instructor-led course materials.

Brueland holds a masters of science in crop production and physiology and a bachelor's degree in agronomy from ISU and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in agricultural education.

Adam Spindell also will focus on instructional design and learning support for agricultural clients of Adayana. With nearly 20 years of experience in learning-program design and development, Spindell offers a wealth of knowledge in Web-based courseware production. He was most recently with Multimedia Masters in West St. Paul, Minn., and has previous experience with AgriStar, Directag.com, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and Northwest Airlines. Spindell is a Dartmouth graduate.
