Minneapolis, MN - Adayana, Inc. has acquired Hitch-Pin, a business improvement, e-Learning, and e-commerce consultancy practice, to anchor its growing consulting business and to increase its capabilities in serving two of its key vertical markets.
Founded in 2001, Hitch-Pin built a consultancy practice on delivering e-commerce solutions for mainstream business. Their key relationships with several high profile clients, including Farm Credit Services of America, Fargo Electronics, and Honeywell will further strengthen Adayana's presence in the agribusiness and financial services markets. Their role with Adayana will more closely tie e-Learning and training initiatives with business performance objectives for their clients.
