Adayana Completes Acquisition of Trina Systems

Trina Systems of Hyderabad, India will continue to provide instructional and software engineering services to other e-Learning companies.

Minneapolis, MN - Adayana Inc. announced today its acquisition of Trina Systems Pvt. Ltd. of Hyderabad, India. As a contractor, Trina provided instructional and software engineering services to Adayana. Trina will become a separate operating division of the company but continue to provide their services to other e-Learning companies.

According to Rajiv Tandon, Adayana CEO and President, "the acquisition takes us further on our plan to create a global e-Learning organization that provides high-quality services and solutions for our clients, while enabling greater control over our production capabilities."

Trina CEO Sunil Kandlikar will oversee operations for the combined organization in his role as Adayana's Chief of Operations. He held senior positions with e-Learning developers LearningByte International and Digital Think before founding Trina in 2001.
