Mike Jackson, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike helps organizations improve their performance through development and engagement of human capital assets as the President and CEO of Adayana, a global human capital management company. Mike has guided the organization through post-acquisition integrations, focused on helping clients succeed through integrated services. Before he was named President and CEO of Adayana, he led a pioneering effort to build a vertical-market management-consulting company focused on the agriculture, food and life sciences industries as the Founder and former President and CEO of ABG, an Adayana company. Under his leadership, ABG has become a premier provider of training and human resource development, marketing research, strategic consulting, and technology transfer services for more than 350 companies annually throughout the United States and abroad. A graduate of Purdue University (with highest distinction), Jackson holds a degree in Agricultural Economics and has done graduate work in law. He frequently publishes management and marketing articles in industry and company publications and has recently been featured on Inside Indiana Business television program and the Indianapolis Smart Business magazine. He is author of Agri Selling, the standard textbook on agricultural selling.

Mike serves on the Boards and Audit Committees of Terra Nitrogen Company and Renewable Energy Group, Inc. Mike received the prestigious "Distinguished Agricultural Alumni Award" from Purdue University in 1996. Jackson recently served as Grand President of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and was named a Brother of the Century. He is also a former National Secretary to FFA and served on the National FFA Foundation Sponsors' Board. He is active in many community and philanthropic efforts and has served on the Board of Directors for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Foundation.
